No minimum on cards, badges, and most lanyards, order a single badge if that is what you need. Badge reels start at 10 pieces. Bulk pricing kicks in automatically as quantity goes up.

Yes, always, and it is free. Every order gets a digital proof by email and nothing prints until you approve it. Most proofs go out within a few business hours on weekdays.

PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS. Vector files print sharpest, but send what you have, our art team cleans up files free of charge. No logo yet? Use the online badge designer to build one from scratch, or tell us what you want and we will lay it out for you.

Standard production is 7 business days after proof approval. Need it faster, 4 to 5 days is 50% more and 3 days is 100% more, turnaround confirmed by our team after you order. Everything prints in our Los Angeles shop, so there is no overseas wait. These times do not include shipping.

Orders over $250 ship free. Under that, flat $6.95. We ship from Los Angeles, so West Coast orders typically land in 1 to 3 days after production, and you get tracking by email the moment it leaves.

Two finishes: Glossy for maximum color pop and Matte for zero glare. Both print full color, and you can pick the finish right in the configurator on any card product.

Cards are standard CR80, 2.125 x 3.375 inches, the same size as a credit card, in vertical or horizontal orientation. It fits every holder and reel we carry. Lanyards come in 3/8" to 1" widths. The most popular combo is a CR80 badge on a 5/8" lanyard.

Every card is 0.76 mm, exactly credit card thickness, in solid PVC and never laminated paper. It fits every standard badge holder, clip, reel, and wallet slot, and it will not delaminate or peel.

Yes, and it costs nothing extra. Upload one design plus a spreadsheet of names, titles, or ID numbers, and photo files if you want photo IDs. We merge everything and send proofs of every badge before printing.

Yes. The breakaway clasp releases under pressure, which most schools, hospitals, and factories require. Add it to any lanyard for $0.08 per piece, or see the dedicated breakaway lanyards product.

Yes. The online badge designer lets you pick a template, add names and titles, upload your logo, set colors, and see the badge exactly as it will print. Your design goes straight into the cart, and we still send a free proof before production.

Checkout takes all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe, plus PayPal. Schools and companies that need to pay by purchase order can email us the PO for a formal quote and invoice.

The no minimum pricing makes sampling easy, order a single badge of your actual design and see the real thing before committing to a bulk run. Reorders keep the same artwork, so scaling up takes a minute.

We keep your artwork and order details on file. Reorder any quantity, even one replacement badge for a new hire, and it will match your original run. Email us your previous order number or just your company name and we will pull it up.
