Our custom PVC ID cards are the same tough, credit card grade plastic used for bank cards, printed edge to edge in full color with UV cured inks that will not scratch, fade, or peel. Upload finished artwork or build your card from scratch in the online designer, pick your size and finish, and we handle the rest.
Every card is printed in our Los Angeles shop, not drop shipped from overseas. That means real turnaround times, a real person checking your artwork, and a free digital proof before anything prints. Are these real PVC cards or laminated paper?
Real PVC, the same material as a credit card. We UV print directly on the plastic, so the image is durable, waterproof, and scratch resistant. No lamination to peel.
Can you print variable data like names, photos, or ID numbers?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet with your roster and one design, and we print each card with its own name, title, photo, or number at no extra setup charge.
Do I get to approve a proof before you print?
Yes, and it is free. Every order gets a digital proof by email and nothing prints until you approve it. Most proofs go out within a few business hours.
What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS all work. Vector files print sharpest, but our art team cleans up whatever you have at no charge. You can also build your design from scratch with the online designer.
How fast will I get my order?
Standard production is 7 business days. Need it faster, 4 to 5 days is 50% more and 3 days is 100% more. Turnaround on a rush order is confirmed by our team after you order, we will reach out shortly to lock in the date. These times do not include shipping. Everything prints in our Los Angeles shop. Flat rate shipping is $6.95, free over $250.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. We keep your artwork and order details on file, so a reorder takes about a minute. Order any quantity, even a single replacement badge for a new hire.
